1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or personal dislike of product fragrance/texture

2. Return Process
If your product qualifies for return:

Share your order ID and photos/videos of the issue.

Our team will verify and approve your return request.

You will be informed about the return pickup or shipping instructions.

Once we receive the returned product in original, unused condition, we’ll initiate your refund or replacement.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if return is approved.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
